Zach, the timing of your post was an eerie coincidence coming on the heels of Giorgio Armani's passing. Heralded as the great innovator who dispelled the sameness of suits for both men and women, he became synonymous with red carpet ubiquity,/ People wouldn't know or express their individuality, they would simply wear Armani. It's interesting, the desire we have to hand over our uniqueness to an individual brand or handful of brands. Even as we strive for individuality, period.

Astute and articulate.

Fwiw, I do think we invent new ways of differentiating ourselves as we commoditize/normalize representations of uniqueness.

Well that makes my decision about which type of ON running shoes to buy today easier - I’ll see what my friendly Ai agent says… and give this a go. Thanks!

Zack - very interesting pov. What do you think this means for customer enagement platforms?

i think a LOT of software system will look and feel very antiquated sooner than we might expect. That doesn’t mean customer engagement and customer management software isn’t necessary; just that what we want these systems to do will change quite a bit.
